Yes, you can modify your reservation by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes you need.
Yes, you can cancel your bicycle reservation. Please leave us a WhatsApp message to proceed with the cancellation.
You must inform us at least 2 hours before the booking time. Failure to do so will require you to rebook.
No, there are no additional local fees. The price you see is the final price you pay for your rental.
Yes, all maintenance is included with the rental.
GST stands for Goods and Services Tax, which is a value-added tax levied on most goods and services sold for domestic consumption. In Australia, the GST rate is 10%.
The bond will be refunded upon returning the bicycle in good condition at the end of the rental period. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
The minimum rental period is 4 weeks.
