Yes, you can modify your reservation by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes you need.
Can I cancel my bicycle reservation? What should I do?
Yes, you can cancel your bicycle reservation. Please leave us a WhatsApp message to proceed with the cancellation.
What should I do if I lose my booking?
You must inform us at least 2 hours before the booking time. Failure to do so will require you to rebook.
Do I have to pay additional local fees?
No, there are no additional local fees. The price you see is the final price you pay for your rental.
Yes, all maintenance is included with the rental.
What does GST mean and what is the percentage?
GST stands for Goods and Services Tax, which is a value-added tax levied on most goods and services sold for domestic consumption. In Australia, the GST rate is 10%.
When do I receive the bond back?
The bond will be refunded upon returning the bicycle in good condition at the end of the rental period. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 4 weeks.
How can I reach one of your company’s representatives?
You can reach us by messaging us on WhatsApp, giving us a call, contacting us via Facebook Messenger, or through the website.

Yes, we do offer drop-off services. An additional fee is required for this service.
